Looking for something unusual for your wedding breakfast? Why not have your menu printed onto a napkin ribbon!
Each napkin holder will be printed to your individual specification,
you can add:
Bride and Groom's name, date of occasion
the menu
Plus: You could also have your guests name printed at the top of the ribbon so they also double up as a place setting!
The ribbon is 4 inch height (10cm, 100mm)
I have allowed for a napkin fold of approx. 7 cm with a 7 cm printed menu, and 7cm either side of the lettering in plain ribbon which wraps around the napkin
I will add double sided tape for you to seal the ribbon at the reverse of your napkins

When ordering you will be asked for ribbon and complimentary lettering colours, the actual lettering/message required, etc, if there is not enough room for your personalisation please email me at hotgraphixuk@msn.com I will acknowledge receipt
If there is room on the ribbon you can also add clipart, there is an option on checkout to let me know you prefer no clipart or you prefer your own choice which you can email over to me

Both ribbon and foil are water resistant
we seal the ends of the ribbon to prevent fraying making this a lovely keepsake for your guests

A draft layout will be sent to you for approval before I print them out so please ensure you leave your email and telephone number on checkout
Ribbon is available in a choice of colour with complimentary choice of lettering
you can request your preferred choice of fonts be used and if there is room we can add clipart
We have chosen the most popular colours, if you colour is not listed please contact us for availability

Could also be used to wrap around a candle (see photographs - remove ribbon before lighting candle) or vase or use as a standalone menu
if using them for a candle or vase please let us have the circumference, for anything over 15cm please ask us for a quote

I have printed and taken photographs using the metallic foil lettering, while this looks stunning it is very difficult to photograph as the shine reflects off the lens of the camera please bear this in mind when looking at the above photographs

Delivery & Returns

Items will be despatched within 1-2 working days in the UK, delivery worldwide will take longer depending on country, customs etc. Items are usually sent via Royal Mail, larger heavier items sent via courier.

I accept returns within 14 days if item is unopened. If item is personalised no returns accepted unless there is a mistake on our part. If item arrives damaged please take photographs and send to us at hotgraphixuk@msn.com
