I am on holiday until 24 May 2024 any orders placed will not be sent out until after this date


Delivery: We aim to complete personalised goods on the day of order, and we send out same day, however this is not always possible, please allow 2-3 working days for completion. We will contact you if we have any problem with completing the order. If this is not to your satisfaction we will offer a full refund.

Cancellation: Personalised goods - If you cancel the order BEFORE we have commenced work on the item we will honour the cancellation, obviously if the cancellation is made once we have completed the order we cannot accept the cancellation. Non personalised goods - if the goods are not in transit we would be happy to accept your cancellation.  If they are in transit you will be responsible for the postage and return postage.

Returns and Refund: If ordering personalised items please check your details when sending them over to us we cannot be held responsible for errors made on the original request. If the error is ours we will replace the goods on return of post.  Non personalised goods, we can offer returns up to 14 days, we regret we cannot accept returns of personalised items as we cannot resell them, obviously if the item is faulty or damaged we will replace

If goods are not to your satisfaction please contact us where we can arrange an alternative, or refund, the original must be returned to our office undamaged.
